provided you agree to the following at no cost or liability to us.

1.  Make an appointment with us to see our property.

2.  Give us a written evaluation of the property; Based on ‘REAL‘ comparisons.

3.  Agree to Terms of Engagement; showings, price, commission, duration, …

4.  Keep up-to-date through WaterFront4U.ca.

5.  Promote the property; show it, … SELL it.

6.  Commission paid, based on sale price; 2% (under asking) to 6% (over asking) on closing. 

Higher the sale price, higher the commission.

The OFFER must:

1.  Be Firm; no conditions; ‘as is’ cash offer to buy.

2.  Submit a non-refundable deposit in ‘Trust’ to Broker.

3.  Pay the Vendor’s Lawyer, the balance in Cash on closing.

4.  Close in 30 days or less.
