1. TEXT us your RE business card & request a viewing.

2.  Give us a written evaluation of the property; Based on ‘REAL‘ current comparisons.

3.  Agree to Terms of Engagement; prior to showings, price, commission, duration, …

4.  Keep up-to-date through our website: waterfront4u.ca.

5.  Promote the property; show it, … SELL it.

6.  Commission paid, based on sale price; 2.5% (under asking) to 5% (over asking). Paid on closing. 

The acceptable OFFER should:

1.  Be Firm; no conditions; ‘as is’ cash offer to buy.

2.  Submit a non-refundable deposit in ‘Trust’ to your Broker.

3.  Give the Vendor’s Broker, the balance in Cash on closing.

4.  Close, preferably in 30 days or less.  

OR 

Become my Agent if you can GUARANTEE me the sale, at a mutually agreed price & time OR buy it yourself.

NOTE:  Agent/Broker must Ontario Licensed:

1.  Agree to assume full liability for themselves & their Client/s.

2. Tell their clients NOT to go on site or contact me. 

3.  If they ‘circumvent’ this; THEY must pay your commission.
